Some say fitness and health are a journey and I agree. Over the years I've coached hundreds of people and have learned a little something from every one. I want to use this space to share what I've learned with you when it comes to health, fitness, wellness, food and more. The journey to wellness is never a straight or flat road, nor is the road the same for everyone. But I believe that if I can share with others my experiences they might just see themselves on that road to health and wellness too.
