Instructions:

2. Add one warm welcome.
Let the coaches greet you, show you around, and remind you that you belong here. Fold in small wins, like mastering a movement or making it through your first round. These moments create the foundation for confidence.

3. Stir in consistency.
With each class, you add another scoop of resilience. Gently fold in new movements, deeper breaths, and improved form. Notice how your body begins to trust the process. Notice how you begin to trust yourself.

4. Allow growth to simmer.
Stay long enough for the subtle changes to rise. More energy. More strength. Less tension. A surprising ability to do things you did not think were possible just weeks earlier. Celebrate every shift, big or small.

5. Add community generously.
