Core and Cardio
This 55-minute fusion class hits hard and strengthens your core from the inside out. This fun and fast class is half cardio bursts and half core-strengthening exercises, but the intensity is yours to choose.
You’ll be supported and challenged at your own pace, leaving each session feeling stronger, more energized, and confident in your progress.

Farm Strength
Build real-world strength in this functional training class. Inspired by farm life, you'll flip, carry, push, and pull your way to power. Expect no cardio, lower reps, heavier effort, and a big confidence boost.
Designed for beginners and up, this class is a great way to start building the kind of strength that true farmers are known for. Learn proper lifting technique from your coaches so you can lift safely and gain strength fast. -
Hybrid Hustle
This is your new go-to class if you want a fun mix of strength and cardio with a hybrid fitness twist. Hybrid Hustle brings the energy with a circuit style format that fits beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between.
Whether you are training for a hybrid fitness race or just want a class that keeps you challenged and motivated, Hybrid Hustle meets you where you are and helps you push a little further.

Barn Burner
Barn Burner brings the heat with a fast-paced blend of strength, cardio, and agility that keeps the whole room moving together. This class leans into teamwork and shared effort, using partner and group challenges to build energy, camaraderie, and accountability.
Barn Burner is designed for all fitness levels and creates an atmosphere where people feel supported, motivated, and fired up from start to finish.

TRX Stretch and Strength
Stretch and Strength is equal parts mobility and flexibility training, strength, and breathwork, taking inspiration from Yoga and Pilates movements but with the TRX.
This class is perfect for beginners and up, or anyone looking to enhance their mobility for greater strength training benefits.
No previous TRX experience is needed. -
Barnyard Boxing
Barnyard Boxing is a boxing style fitness class designed for all fitness levels. It includes a cardio warmup, boxing drills, and intervals of strength and conditioning exercises.
NOTE: There is no pad work. This class only uses heavy bags so there is no partner sparring.EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

This exhilarating workout combines the rustic charm of farm life with high-energy exercises using equipment such as tires, hay bales, and more.

Flex and Flow
Find balance in body and mind with this welcoming mind-body class that blends mobility, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Designed for beginners and up, you’ll be guided through gentle yet effective movements to improve range of motion, build foundational strength, and ease tension, all at your pace.

TRX Stretch & Strength
Each class provides a combination of both strength and mobility training taken from pilates, barre and yoga style moves. This non cardio class is perfect for beginners and up.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. -
Forest Bathing - OUTDOORS
Forest bathing is it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. This class involves a .75km walk into and out of the forest on an easy, flat trail.
The class includes light stretching, breathing, meditation and quiet time.
