  • DEKA CIRCUITS

    No cardio. Just powerful, controlled movement.

    This low-impact, high-results class focuses on the foundational DEKA strength zones including Squats, Lunges, Pushes, Pulls.

    You’ll use equipment like sandbags, slam balls, and resistance tools to build total-body strength in a supportive environment. Great for those looking to develop core stability, functional movement, and muscular endurance without high-impact cardio.

  • DEKA STRENGTH

    DEKA Circuits combine cardio, strength, and endurance in a dynamic circuit-style format. Each session incorporates DEKA equipment and movement patterns to help you improve Cardiovascular fitness, Muscular strength and Coordination and agility.

    Expect a fun, fast-moving class that gets your heart rate up and leaves you feeling accomplished. Every movement can be modified, so you can go all-in or take it at your own speed.

DEKA Trial Runs

Come and test out the 10 DEKA STRONG stations in order so you can:
- Test your fitness
- Try out a DEKA race course without the crowd on race day
- See if your time has improved
- Practice transitions with your partner

DEKA Trial runs often happen 1-2 weeks before any race. Space is limited so be sure to grab your spot asap.

Choose between a trial run ticket on it’s own or a trial run + 30 min of coaching from our DEKA Coaches.

The 30 min coaching session is one-on-one and allows you time to ask questions, receive feedback and video review, and learn new ways to get faster.
