CARDIO & STRENGTH CLASSES:

Core and Cardio
This 55-minute fusion class hits hard and strengthens your core from the inside out. This fun and fast class is half cardio bursts and half core-strengthening exercises, but the intensity is yours to choose.
You’ll be supported and challenged at your own pace, leaving each session feeling stronger, more energized, and confident in your progress.

Farm Strength
Build real-world strength in this functional training class. Inspired by farm life, you'll flip, carry, push, and pull your way to power. Expect no cardio, lower reps, heavier effort, and a big confidence boost.

Hybrid Hustle
This is your new go-to class if you want a fun mix of strength and cardio with a hybrid fitness twist. Hybrid Hustle brings the energy with a circuit style format that fits beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between. You’ll move through strength and cardio stations that build power, endurance, and confidence one round at a time.
Whether you are training for a hybrid fitness race or just want a class that keeps you challenged and motivated, Hybrid Hustle meets you where you are and helps you push a little further. Be ready to sweat, cheer each other on, and leave feeling strong.

Barn Burner
Barn Burner brings the heat with a fast-paced blend of strength, cardio, and agility that keeps the whole room moving together. This class leans into teamwork and shared effort, using partner and group challenges to build energy, camaraderie, and accountability.
Barn Burner is designed for all fitness levels and creates an atmosphere where people feel supported, motivated, and fired up from start to finish.

TRX Stretch and Strength
Stretch and Strength is equal parts mobility and flexibility training, body weight strength exercises, breathwork and meditation to finish.
This class uses no equipment, just bring your own yoga mat. There is no impact and no cardio exercises in this class.
This class is perfect for beginners and up, or anyone looking to enhance their mobility for greater strength training benefits.

Barnyard Boxing - INDOORS
Barnyard Boxing is a boxing style fitness class designed for all fitness levels. It includes a cardio warmup, boxing drills, and intervals of strength and conditioning exercises.
This class uses heavy bags only; No combat style, no partner work.
Like all small group training classes we offer we have designed the class to work for all fitness levels.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Boxing gloves.
Gloves are not provided in class. If you’re lookng for a good pair of quality gloves (womens) we highly reccomend Girls Just Wanna Box gloves.
- Hand wraps (reccomended). -
"Farmers Chores" Bootcamp - OUTDOORS
Get ready to unleash your inner farmer while breaking a sweat in our Farmers Chores Bootcamp class! This exhilarating workout combines the rustic charm of farm life with high-energy exercises using equipment such as tires, hay bales, and more.
Designed for all fitness levels, this class offers a unique and fun way to stay active, build strength, and improve overall fitness. You'll improve your strength, endurance, agility, and balance while having a blast. The use of farm-style equipment adds an exciting twist to traditional exercises, ensuring a refreshing and engaging experience every time.
MOBILITY/STRETCH/MINDFULLNESS CLASSES:

Flex and Flow - INDOORS AND OUTDOORS
Find balance in body and mind with this welcoming mind-body class that blends mobility, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Designed for beginners and up, you’ll be guided through gentle yet effective movements to improve range of motion, build foundational strength, and ease tension, all at your pace.
This non-impact session finishes with intentional breathwork and relaxation, making it perfect if you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, or simply looking to move with more ease and intention.

TRX Stretch & Strength - INDOORS
This class combines the focus and feel of our other Stretch & Strength class, but with the assistance of the TRX Suspension trainer. Each class provides a combination of both strength and mobility training taken from pilates, barre and yoga style moves. This non cardio class is perfect for beginners and up.. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
IMPORTANT INFO: A TRX BASICS class must be taken 1-time before participating, unless they have used TRX extensively in the past.

Forest Bathing - OUTDOORS
Forest bathing is it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. This class involves a .75km walk into and out of the forest. The class includes light stretching, breathing, meditation and quiet time. Please wear appropriate shoes for walking outdoors and wear layers of clothing appropriate for the weather. NOTE: You MUST arrive on time for this class as the group will walk down together. Please plan to arrive at least 10 min early from the start time.

Pilates - INDOORS AND OUTDOORS
Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements. This class is ideal for anyone looking for low impact strength training or anyone who is looking for more core training in their workout routine.
