WHY IS THIS A “SPECIAL” OPEN HOUSE?
Because we are about to place a cap on our membership. We are currently about 15 members away from reaching our capacity and would love for you to be one of our final 15! So this open house is extra special because it might be the last one we ever do.
During this exclusive experience you will:
Participate in a FREE guided, coach-led workout tailored for all levels.
The sampler class is 30 min of “Barn Burner” and 30 min of “Flex & Flow”.
”Barn Burner” is a great mix of cardio and strength, designed to leave you fired up and energized.
”Flex & Flow” is a beautiful combination of mobility, flexibility, strength and mindfulness, perfect for helping you to feel centred and recharged.
Explore the studio and outdoor farm spaces, seeing firsthand how Farm Girl Fitness blends movement, environment, and support into something more than a typical membership.
Connect with coaches and members, discovering what makes Farm Girl Fitness truly about community, not just classes.

How to get started
Option #1: Sign up for our FREE Class (Recommended)
Our 1-hour class runs from 1:30–2:30 PM and combines a balanced mix of bootcamp and stretching. It’s an ideal opportunity to experience the class and get a feel for the style.
How to sign up:

Locate “Open House Free Sampler” on April 12 in the calendar. If you’re new to the Farm, enter your details to create a WellnessLiving account.
To attend, go to the store and select the “Open House Guest Pass” (Free).
Once registered, you’ll receive a class confirmation and a reminder before the session.
Please note: If you’re a member and would like to sign up, you must bring a guest to attend.
Option #2: Book a Studio Appointment
If you’re unable to attend the free class but would like to learn more about our studio, class offerings, or connect with our coaches and community, please email us at info@farmgirlfitness.ca to book a visit.
Kindly include two time slots that work for you, and we’ll arrange a one-on-one meeting.

We are a boutique fitness studio with intentionally small class sizes. As we approach our membership cap, we’re focused on welcoming a select number of individuals who are the right fit for our community. With limited memberships remaining, this experience is designed to connect with those ready to take the next step.

No. You’re welcome to attend the event to explore the space, ask questions, and connect with the community. The class is recommended but not required. We recommend booking an appointment by emailing info@farmgirlfitness.ca so we can chat 1:1 & answer all your questions.
