The Strength Series is a progressive strength training program designed to help you build muscle, increase confidence, and see real results, all in an EXTRA SMALL group setting of just 6 participants (max).
Each session is carefully programmed to meet you where you’re at, with intentional progress built in every week. Whether you’re just starting your strength journey or looking to level up your lifts, this series is for the person who wants to move with purpose and get noticeably stronger.
How many sessions?
2 sessions a week x 7-weeks = 14 sessions, 1 hour each.
Runs Mondays & Fridays at 10:40am from July 6 - August 28th
