FAQs

  • Yes, you can purchase a single class pass at any time.

  • No! We don’t have any initiation fees, sign up fees or admin fees. The price you see is the price you pay, plus HST.

  • Canceling within the Minimum Term: You can cancel your membership past the cooling off period on the following terms:

    • You can request your membership cancellation for any reason by providing a minimum notice of 14 days before your next payment by submitting an email to info@farmgirlfitness.ca 

    • Pay the Cancellation Fee of $10 for every payment that is remaining in the contract. For example: You have 12 payments remaining (24 weeks), 12 weeks x $10 = $120.

    • Free cancellations can be made because of:
      - Relocating more than 30 km away from Farm Girl Fitness and can provide proof of your new address. Please submit an example of the new location (piece of mail, new ID, anything that has your new name and address on it, etc.)
      -  Canceling in the Minimum Term for Medical Reasons: You can cancel your Membership in the Minimum Term if you contract a serious illness or a permanent physical incapacity which is confirmed by a doctor we reasonably agree to. There are no refunds due to medical reasons unless the reason is discovered and stated within the 10 day cooling off period. A doctors note, (which can come from any registered doctor or other medical professional that is treating you), is required to use this reason for free cancellation. Please submit this to info@farmgirlfitness.ca 

    • Any membership that is on medical hold for 52 weeks or more will be cancelled automatically unless otherwise indicated by the member. 

    Missed Payments, NSF or Credit Card Expiry: Your credit provider may charge you a fee for overdrawing your account. Our third-party Biller also charges the Biller's Administration Fee.

    If your scheduled payment is missed, for whatever reason, your Farm Girl Fitness account via Wellness Living will be placed on hold. You are not able to book or attend classes while you have a negative account balance. Your account will be reactivated once payment is received. 

  • Because Farm Girl Fitness is a Small Group Training studio we have a max capacity of 16 participants in Studio 1 (our boxing studio) and 14 participants in Studio 2.

    This means that no matter the season you will never have more than that max in class.

    You can always view how many people are booked in your class by checking the spaces available when you book, either via our website or user app.

  • No, we are not Women’s only.
    Farm Girl Fitness is for everyone!

  • You sure can!
    Upgrades can be done at any time, however it means the start of a new contract, not an extension of the current one.

    This means, for example, that if you have 2 months left on your current contract that your upgrade is not just for the 2 months remaining. Your upgrade is the start of a new contract, either 6 or 12 months.

  • There are 2 different ways to book your classes:
    1. Download our member app, “ACHIEVE” by Wellness Living.
    Click HERE for the Apple version.
    Click HERE for the Android version.

    • You are permitted to ‘freeze’ your Agreement up to 2 times within your 6 month contract, or 4 times if you have a 12 month contract.

    • Membership Freezes are for a minimum 14 days at a time. Your Membership will be extended by the freeze period.

    • Your membership freeze period does not have to line up with your billing period. If you choose to freeze your membership part way through a billing period your payments before and/or after will be prorated. 

    • Any membership that is on medical hold for 52 weeks or more will be cancelled automatically unless otherwise indicated by the member.
