2 Week Unlimited Trial Pass:
The trial pass is valid for any class on the schedule. This pass is not valid for any courses, workshops, events, clinics, or personal training appointments. The class passes are non transferrable.

This credit pack will expire 2 WEEKS after the first class booking.

10 Class Pass:
10 class passes are valid for any class on the schedule. This pass is not valid for any courses, workshops, events, clinics, or personal training appointments.
The passes or class credits are non transferrable.
This credit pack will expire 6 MONTHS after the date of purchase.

Membership Terms and Conditions:

Fixed Term Agreement: A Fixed Term Agreement ends when the Terms agreed upon ends. You will need a new agreement if you want to keep using Facilities and Services after this and a new joining fee/monthly fee may apply.

Your contract starts on the day of your first payment, not on the day you sign the contract.
This contract does not auto renew unless you specifically ask for it to. Your 26 week term means your biweekly rate is locked in for the 26 weeks agreed upon, including any delays due to membership freezes. 

This does not include fundraisers, courses, events, personal training or physio fitness.
If any of your weekly credits go unused they are NOT rolled over into the following weeks. The credits must be used the week they are assigned. 

Direct Debit Information: If an automatic direct debit arrangement is in place, your Membership Fees will continue to be debited from your account until you or we cancel the arrangement by advising your bank or credit provider or until the contract time is up.

SUMMARY OF SOME KEY TERMS IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Cooling Off: You can cancel this Agreement within 10 days from the Start Date by giving us written notice.

Your Safety: You agree to give us all relevant health and fitness information before or during any exercise. Each time you use the Facilities and Services, you must ensure you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you should not exercise. If unsure, you should seek medical guidance.

Putting Your Membership On Hold:

6 month contracts are permitted to be put on hold two times within your 6 month contract, for 2 weeks at a time (or 1 billing period), and 12 month contracts are permitted to be put on hold 4 times within your 12 month contract, for 2 weeks at a time (or 1 billing period).
If we agree to it, you may freeze your Agreement more than this time for travel, medical or hardship reasons but must give us proof. The minimum freeze period is 1 biling periods (or 2 weeks). Your Membership will be extended by the freeze period.


Canceling in the Minimum Term for Medical Reasons: You can cancel your Membership in the Minimum Term if you contract a serious illness or a permanent physical incapacity which is confirmed by a doctor we reasonably agree to. There are no refunds due to medical reasons unless the reason is discovered and stated within the 10 day cooling off period.

Canceling in the Minimum Term for Other Reasons: You can cancel for your convenience if you pay the Cancellation Fee which is 50% of the balance due for the Minimum Term. You can also cancel on notice of 30 days if you relocate more than 20 km away from any Club and give us proof.

Missed Payments, NSF or Credit Card Expiry: Your credit provider may charge you a fee for overdrawing your account. Our third-party Biller also charges the Biller's Administration Fee.

If your scheduled payment is missed, for whatever reason, your Farm Girl Fitness account via Wellness Living will be placed on hold and you will receive an Administration fee of $25. Your account will be reactivated once payment is received. 

 

READ CAREFULLY:
CLASS PASS HOLDERS AND 2x A WEEK MEMBERS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If you are a no-show for a class, (meaning you do not give any notice of cancellation before the class time), you will lose your credit.

  • If you no show due to last minute sickness or extreme circumstances beyond your control, and you contact us within 24 hours to let us know, and we determine that this is a legitimate excuse, we will return the credit back to your account.

  • If you cancel your booking more than 10 hours before the class time there is no penalty. If you cancel class 10 hours or less before the start of class you will lose your credit.

  • If Farm Girl Fitness or the class instructor cancels class due to bad weather, sickness, or any other reason, you will have your credit restored back to your account.

READ CAREFULLY:
UNLIMITED MEMBERS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If you are a no-show for a class, (meaning you do not give any notice of cancellation before the class time), you will be marked as a NO SHOW and your credit card on file will be charged the single class rate of $22. By signing our contract you give us permission to charge your card in these circumstances.

  • If you no show due to last minute sickness or extreme circumstances beyond your control, and you contact us within 24 hours to let us know, and we determine that this is a legitimate excuse, we will return the amount of $22 plus tax as a credit back into your Wellness Living account. This will not be refunded back to your credit card.

  • If you cancel your booking more than 10 hours before the class time there is no penalty. If you cancel class 10 hours or less before the start of class you will be charged $5. By signing this contract you give us permission to charge your card in these circumstances.

  • If Farm Girl Fitness or the class instructor cancels class due to bad weather, sickness, or any other reason, you will have your credit restored back to your account.
